Free Shipping

All orders placed through our website qualify for free standard shipping to any address within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing begins the next business day if your order is placed after the daily cutoff time.

Order Cutoff Time

Our daily cutoff for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or address inaccuracies.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted national carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Once an order has entered processing, address changes may not be possible. BOGGSTORAGE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, a replacement or refund may be offered after a thorough investigation.
